did one of them not say he learned to make bombs from "watching the A team". ah well 5 years for having a wee joke is a result, eh?

If that was true his bomb would have consisted of a van or an old farm vehicle with bits of pipe welded on. Bugger to wrap it though.

What attempted murders?

That was thrown out at the start. They had no intention of killing Neil Lennon. It had nothing to do with incompetence.

Change it to sending fake bombs through the post and that'll make it a' right then. What a phuckin woose that Miller is!

Thank you, knew there was a timetable set in law.

So 6 weeks from Monday is Monday 25 June. How can a journo not say to Haudit & Daudit then they spout their nonsense;

'Excuse but this cannot happen, this is the legal timetable'.

You have answered my question and filled in my half knowledge in 5mins and the papers will still be touting the all is good, lets go when we get the papers tomorrow.

The company that compiles the fixtures for next season will start doing their work in early June. Can Rangers give any guarantees about being able to fulfill those fixtures? Will it just be assumed that they will be in the SPL? What if nobody buys them and they liquidate? For the sheer chaos they have caused they should be thrown out of football for a season (if not for good) and only re-admitted when they are a viable company and should start in the Third (if there is a vacancy).

Hence the Newco "Incubator" to keep the football business going while a CVA is sorted out? (I'm not suggesting a CVA is likely to be agreed, but that's the model Duffman's touting isn't it?)

For the final time this can not be done, setting up a 2nd company to stop your creditors getting there money IS ILLEGAL, or pheonixing as its know, this is yet more spin coming from Duff & Phelps to feed to the press to keep them on side and be seen to be working every avenue. Stalling tactics again

Its been referred to in previous discussions as a "hive down", which seems to be perfectly legal and, relatively, common, although not in football administrations of course

I am astounded by all the speculation that is still going on. According to the BBC website Paul Whitehouse of Duff and Phelps says the takeover is "still on course".

These guys have been right in all their predictions from day one so we should just accept that this will happen.

It is time to close this thread.

Rumour is the new bidders are Joe Lewis, Daniel Levy and the ENIC group. They plan to run Rangers as a feeder club for Spurs reserves.:rolleyes:

wasnt it established after bates owned the jags and chelsea that one cannot own two football clubs?

Do they get priority over secured and floating creditors after a winding up order? I realise there are serious doubts about the status of Craig Whyte and Ticketus, and probably ordinary debenture holders too, but I thought the HMRC just got a share out of the leftovers with the other unsecured creditors..

No priority just their percentage of the money due compared to others, but when HMRC realise that the pot is emptying and their cut is diminishing they will wind the company up and stop it trading effectively freezing all assets and finances at that point.

This will be coming soon as it is aparent that the club cannot trade its way legally out of its debt

Only for re-structuring and not when in administration
