Just on radio Scotland

John fleck is walking away :D

And John Brown expects the fans to pay for the buyout & running of Ibroke

"I'll tell you about the history......blah blah, the fans will find it"

Good luck with that!

I was sure that today I read somewhere Fleck had been trying to contact the Newco to get his contract moved over but because he couldn't get a hold on anyone he got frustrated to the point where he decided to walk(although it was the daily record, so not sure how much can be taken from it)

How much do you think Green will sell the workforce for, before renting the facilities back to them as well at a premium rent?

Anybody with a spare OrcTalk a/c willing to sacrifice it to start a thread saying all those who have rejected transfering to newcorpse only did it 'cos they are going to sign for newcorpse2 and thus the peeeple are saved?

this is my preferred spin

http://www.celticquicknews.co.uk/?p=9658

Steven Davis has not decided to leave Rangers. Kyle Lafferty did not leave Rangers. Jamie Ness, Steven Whittaker, Steven Naismith, Shauny Aluko and Rhys McCabe did not leave Rangers in some insurrection of Stevens-and-friends-with-odd-names.

All have chosen to remain employees of Rangers Football Club PLC and (reportedly) objected to transfer to Sevco 5088. Loyal to the end, heroes to the jersey, despite how this is being reported elsewhere. The administrators currently managing Rangers Football Club PLC may soon issue all of the above with redundancy notices, but until then, the players will sit tight.

Sevco don’t need these guys anyway, they’ve 19 targets, several of whom have been busy at the Euros, ready to sign-on.

I read on here earlier (f**k knows what page)

He would stay if they were in 1st div but not 3rd, & couldn't get hold of Green today so had had enough.

I'm sure Chuckie Green will now have been advised to make no more appearances in public in Glasgow.

There are Grassy Knollists everywhere.

Where are BDO in all this carnage ? Stuart Cosgrove at the weekend mentioned that the guy heading their team is a "world expert in contentious liquidations."

He's got his work cut out.

I literally haven't the foggiest what's going on now. Thought I was following it well enough until this morning but this whole talk of Whyte still holding the floating charge over the assets, Green setting up new companies and transferring Ibrox and Murray Park over to another company yet again has me completely bamboozled.

This x 1,000,000.

Mad busy at work, so just tried to catch up on today's latest on Twitter and my brain is mashed. WTF is going on? Are we safe to predict that Chasbo's 'business plan' doesn't involve playing any fitba and the SFL application won't materialise?

2246 pages in and more scandal breaks with todays announcement about murray park etc.

So here's my question, at what point do we start feeling sorry for rangers fans?

I mean the people in charge of that club are just booting their own fans while they are down!

Frankly, when you see posters like Gaz flummoxed then you know that the situation is bamboozling. I think the only thing we can say on the part of Green's actions is that he either is an asset stripper, who will rip away Ibrox/Murray Park at a spectacularly high price, or that he's played a blinder and that they're all in it together. Could it be possible that he has transferred them to a New Newco in the anticipation that SevCo might go into administration and could have their assets stripped to cover any debt?

alas where there are bampots there will always be bigotry, granted with Rangers gone it may now be spewing forth so freely as it once was but it will always be there.

This may eradicate the religious bigotry in Glasgow but there will always be bigots.Just ask cap'n sensible FFS the hatred he has for the OF is not healthy at all in the slightest .

Duff & Phelps wins UK - Corporate Restructuring Advisor of the YearJun 27 2012

Duff & Phelps, a leading global financial advisory and investment-banking firm, has been awarded UK - Corporate Restructuring Advisor of the Year at the recent ACQ Finance Magazine Global Awards 2012.

The award winners were selected following nominations from readers of the magazine, who assess the quality of service received rather than the size of billings.

Paul Clark, Partner, Duff & Phelps, stated: “The awards highlight outstanding performers across the professional services spectrum and celebrate the best advisors working across the world – as identified by the readers of ACQ Finance Magazine. It is a real achievement for us to be recognised, not only locally, but also on a global scale by our peers, and one in which our entire team can take great pride”.

The award win follows Duff & Phelps’ recognition at the ACQ Finance Magazine Country Awards in 2011, where it was awarded ‘Turnaround and Restructuring Advisory Firm of the Year’ UK and ‘Debt Advisory Firm of the Year’ UK for the second year running.

The ACQ Awards are presented across 49 different geographical regions, recognising organisations and advisors that have performed to exceptional levels over the past year. Since its launch, the Global Awards have grown in stature and importance becoming a focal point of the M&A community’s calendar.

I've never really grasped what the 'floating charge' thing is all about.

Uttelry fucking bewildering at times, to be honest, but I take comfort from the fact that, despite my cluelessness, I still have more basic knowledge, virtue, and I'm also better looking that James Traynor and Chick Young.

Edit for typo.
