At the moment, I'm not sure it has any real implications for NewRangers. The complaint seems to be about Nookie Whyte's takeover from Sir Minty of the Moonbeam. I think the investigation will be about either 1) Collier Bristow/MCRs role in providing 'proof of funds' for Nookie, or 2) whether the club (RIP) bought it's own ownership on behalf of Nookie (Ticketus deal) or of course both 1 & 2. Where the new club could be exposed is if during the investigation, it is discovered that Charlie 'Big Hands' Chuckles was in cahoots with Nookie when he bought the Assets (including t'history from the dead club). All in all, a good laugh and you do wonder if Davros Moonbeams will have to give testemony!
