They refused.Because is it was derisory Hector was offered the chance of a CVA. They refused. because it was dependant on a pay as you go deal with no guarentee that the club would not defalt again They got cunted at the T1 tribunal. Wrong won all cases They got cunted at the T2 tribunal.Wrong majority of cases upheld, where side letters had been shredded deamed to be loans They applied for the final appeal to be held i wrong n England and were, again, refused. Wrong referred back to teir 2 to explain why giving someone money they don't pay back is a loan HMRC had the opportunity to recover about £10 Million from Moonbeams. Instead they have spent £who knows because the won't tell us in flogging a dead horse. HMRC will rcover about £20 million from D&P much more then the £5 Million that King claims he will recover Clearly I am not blaming HMRC for our demise. Only dullards (and Dougal) would think that but they have a serious case to answer. You dont' know much about this do you. But then again why should you? ?
