WeeHectorPar
It would be nice for us to win it in my lifetime, but I live in hope... I was 8 years old at the time, standing in front of the town hall when they brought the cup back. Met a lot of the players a few months later when I was invited to EEP for a training session. Once you've experienced those sorts of things there is no way you can ever change your loyalty no matter what happens to the club. However the 60s were a great time to be a Par My dad told me of a guy at work who said he was going to live forever because he refused to die until the Pars won the Cup. He died just a couple of weeks before the final. Don't lose hope: we shall return.

craigkillie
An attempt at a whoosh, surely? It's not the Scottish Cup, it's the Ayrshire Cup. If you had trouble identifying the cup, then surely you would have realised that by one of the following three things: a) We're wearing the white and yellow strip, not our blue and white stripes. b) It's at Rugby Park. c) Pat Nevin, Jim Lauchlan, Colin Meldrum and Mark Roberts are in the photo. None of them played in the Scottish Cup final.
SodjesSixteenIncher
Serious question, is there any pictures of Hibs with the cup from 1902? Did it really happen? Here's a pic of our club captain on the day.

tamthebam
Glory hunting... I knew an old guy who used to occasionally go and watch St Bernards... the nearest team to my old man when he was a lad. He was 1 when East Fife won the cup so it's a tenuous link...
