son of a bankie
It was just the way the jobby splattered. Had a few giggles about it from friends and family. I anticipate the same from my friends at the Rock at the hibi game.

The Moonster
What are Sons fans opinions of your first team coach Spalding? He is in line for Stirling Albion managers job? My opinion is that he's not needed here, you're welcome to him.
Jan Vojáček
Danny wins player of the month, again: http://www.dumbartonfootballclub.com/news/?mode=view&id=1577 Presumably still won't be enough to win over some of our home support. Anyone else remember the guy 'booing' him at home to QOS?

Anyone else remember the guy 'booing' him at home to QOS? Dumbarton fans, in the main, are a bunch of Jose Quitongo's. I've lost count of the number of times I've left our matches early as I've gotten sick of listening to total eejits spout shite, regardless of whether the team are winning or not.
Casey
FFS! My booing seems to have worked. He's sorted himself out since then. I still standby my criticism of his kicking that day.

Sweet Pete
Frankly that's odd. Frankly (my dear) I don't give a shit if you find it odd. It makes perfect sense to me.
gieitlaldy
Rogers is a fantastic keeper however his clueless kickouts right into wind at qos were deserving of boos
Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Rogers is a fantastic keeper however his clueless kickouts right into wind at qos were deserving of boos Aye cause booing him will give him confidence. Regardless of how shite his kicking was it's utterly pointless booing him, if anything it will just make it worse.
Thommo90
Aye, f**k booing our own players. Over achieving in general can't fault the odd howler. Some of the moaning around me is unreal and I always hope the players (gilhaney mostly) doesn't hear it.
Jordo1872
To be fair he had a shocker that day. Still doesn't warrant booing your own player.
Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Our game against Falkirk on the 20th of December moved to 5.30pm for live Alba coverage.

Jan Vojáček
I'm right intae it. #pished At least it gives the builders extra time to construct the 'Falkirk Stand'. Still #Hypothermia Edit forgot to add: #MassiveTime Edited November 3, 2014 by Sonsteam of 08
the auld son
I've been reading with interest about the proposed move to a flood plain site, with poor transport link, and 4000 capacity. A few points about this 1/ why do we need a bigger ground when the championship will be almost back to normal, crowds of 742 ,and maybe on a good day, 500 away fans 2/. Why is it being built in stages, answer they build one stand and say ,Ach you don't need any more ,that'll do and Brabco ride off I to the sunset 3/ who is going to fund it as it seems to me that Brabco are selling the site to themselves. I SMELL SHITE Or have I read this wrong??? Edited November 3, 2014 by the auld son

Point 2 is particularly concerning and I'm going to be asking about that on Thursday.

Still #Hypothermia Edit forgot to add: #MassiveTime If you get #pished enough the #hypothermia is less noticeable. I imagine construction of the 'Falkirk Stand' will start in early December. Just hope the TV slot doesn't knock a few thousand off the away support.
untitled00
Our game against Falkirk on the 20th of December moved to 5.30pm for live Alba coverage. BBC Alba know that The Rock is better than the The Wheel.
