Granny Danger
If we're not just limiting it to shops I nominate the accounting firm Aufc works for. Some suggestions that they get their customers tax returns wrong.

Sherrif John Bunnell
W H Smith is a dead cert. I think Game could go down the pan for good this time. They seem to have kept all the same shitey business practices that nearly ruined them last year. Thorntons. Sevco. The Officers Club. Schuh. Maplin. Thomson travel agents. Coooombe
Maplin. Maplin are opening another store in Stirling this year, so I doubt it would be them. Thorntons and WH Smiths are good shouts though, along with Waterstones, Argos and JD Sports.

I'd imagine as a sector High Street travel agents are under threat. When we started going abroad on holiday we always went to a travel agent but I haven't set foot inside one for years. It's one of those businesses that are so well matched to Internet browsing and booking. I think over the next few years we'll see shop based travel agents more or less disappear though I think it's more likely that the small independents will be e ones to close completely whilst the large ones will be almost exclusively web based. Sherrif John Bunnell
Poundstretcher is another shop I'm surprised to see still going. They sell the same shit you get in Poundland, but for much more than a pound.
The Naitch
WH Smith Thorntons No chance that WH Smith will go - the money they rake in from train station and airport shops, as mentioned in the HMV thread, will keep them going.
mid-table
Argos A lot of good suggestions on here, but I would be absolutely astounded if Argos went under. Their stores are always busy when I pass one, and they do a vast amount of stuff home delivered.
