jagfox
The NFL has a strange moral compass it appears? I guess they have to make some decisions in line with court findings but Rice was a c**t and deserves to click his heels for the rest of the year. Thoughts?

Having never said any of them I'm good. Half rice is having a holocaust on here of late
Fife Saint
This Rice outcome appears to be a judgement passed on the NFL process and how they administered their rules rather than some kind of exoneration of Rice. It'll be interesting to see if anyone gets tempted if their number one runner picks up an injury.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone gets tempted if their number one runner picks up an injury. That would make sense and is probably the right decision. I don't think it's fair to have someone banned for life after they've been punished by the justice system already. Fair enough teams are within their rights not to take a player on with that sort of blemish on their record, but I dont think the league should be able to stop it
Raidernation
I see rumours about Harbaugh moving from SF to Oakland. I think we need more than just a change in coaching personnel, and players, there is something seriously wrong throughout the organisation. Time for Davis to sell!

You need to move back to LA so they leave the Rams alone!
Swarley
Ooft the Comish's head will be spinning tonight. NFL players showing support for the Ferguson protesters? If Lynch was fined $100k for simply not speaking to the media then this'll be 7 or 8 figures.Edit to add link to story Edited December 1, 2014 by Swarley
Boo Khaki
Dunno what the Lynch fuss was about tbh. He struggles to string two words together at the best of times, so I didn't actually notice anything odd about the last post-game.
Swarley
NFL will not punish Rams. So if Lynch, or any other player, doesn't want to speak to the media they should just put their hands up.

I read that the St Louis Police say that the Rams apologised for it......the Rams say they didn't
Swarley
I read that the St Louis Police say that the Rams apologised for it......the Rams say they didn't I'd presume that means that the St Louis Police will either beat or shoot them then
strichener
I'd presume that means that the St Louis Police will either beat or shoot them then Would expect both TBH. The only question is in which order.
Dee4Life1893
Now that I've calmed down from Sunday I still haven't changed my mind. If that was anyone other that MVP Watt a flag would have been thrown. Christ if it was on Brady or Manning he'd be ejected.

CountyFan
Why are people (though not here so much) slavering about Rodgers being MVP? Surely JJ Watt is the MVP. I can't believe there's even a discussion! In other news, the rams are favourites this week. I think I need to lie down.
