Also proposed is a cap on defensive PI at 15 yards- two thoughts on this- firstly if the defender is already over 15 yards then that encourages foul play, and secondly I think it's mental you're not allowed to red flag challenge PI calls considering how huge they can be in terms of yardage, the amount of times you see the Patriots a team get a bullshit PI on a bomb downfield that takes them from their own half to the goal-line in one play is too often. Suggested that the Bears want a RB who is better at catching the ball (and we already have Tarik Cohen).
