My passport says I'm a citizen, not a subject. Indeed: Briton's haven't been 'subjects' since the early 1980s.

Cheers anyway.

Britons hasn't had an apostrophe in it since Chaucer.

Again we see the vile side of British nationalism, dressed up as 'unionism'.

Still, this never happens.

People are allowed their say and vote.

Try to respect it old boy, otherwise you let democracy down.

I'm just pointing out a fact, just so you know your democratic place,Northern Britain.

If Scotland votes to leave the Union then fair enough.

In the meantime sunshine, you're British.

Err... The north of Britain is geographical and Scots will still be British after a yes vote. We just won't be in a union anymore with the two other British countries.

P.S. I don't actually know why I'm biting here.

Know Your democratic Place,Northern Britain.

This could quite easily have come from:

Know Your democratic Place in international law,Nattard Britain.

Or

Know Your Buckled Place,Northern Britain Nazis.

Or

You haven't a clue have you? Know Your Democratic Place,Northern Britain Region of the EU.

Or

Constitutionally, I don't support it but HB is correct that by international law, we should Know Our democratic Place in international law,Northern Britain.

Or

I've heard that we should Know our democratic Place,Northern Britain. But obviously I have no opinion myself. What do you all think? I just want discussion.

Or

I'm above the fray, but I don't see why you shouldn't Know Your democratic Place,Northern Britain. Me? Unionist? Outrageous!

Okay, until such time as things change, you are part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Hmm,how come Northern Irish people are considered British then?

I mean they are in Ireland, but are British people.

Rep Irish are Irish,not British.

British apparently to some means a collective description of Scottish,N Irish,Welsh and English.

So,if Scotland goes Independent,Scotland will be situated in North Britain, but the people will no longer be British

I agree that may not make sense, but some seem to see it this way. :unsure2:
