You get a cracking clip on tie, just in case any lunatic tries to kill you through strangulation. Don't think the screws get killed very often, usually just permanent disfigurement, having a boiling kettle thrown over you, jaw tanned, that kind of thing. EDIT - You'll probably be alright though.
