I won £30 with 3 numbers last Saturday and put my notice in at work on Thursday.

Since retiring I have had the time to do more walking and have been averaging around 7 to 8 miles a day.  However last week I did 76 miles in total; really pleased with that.

ETA Just noticed the posts before mine and no mine’s  is not a typo.

There is a lot of it about, especially in the east (Maddiston etc). 

Visited my folks in Alloa at the weekend and they have a neighbour who is the same.

I was down Lanark way yesterday and took the scenic route through Whitburn and the A706.   
Staunchage was off the scale, however, im assuming it will be ramped up towards the end of the week. 
Staunchicity as measured on the Halliday Scale?
