Scary Bear
Living on a houseboat in Edinburgh is seriously fucking cool. That's all I really have to say on the matterThe only way it could be cooler would be if you were a maverick detective like Morse or Bergerac, or the likes, and listened to classical music in your houseboat, before catching some villains.I nearly bought a static caravan at Pettycur Bay so I could be like Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon II. Scary Bear
you watch too much ITV3! Sent from my GT-N7000 using Pie & Bovril mobile app I haven't seen that film in years, or Morse or Bergerac. For some reason I equate static caravan ownership with pumping Patsy Kensit. Now that she's a bit older I could be in luck. I see she just lost a bit of weight too. Apple Cider Vinegar Tablets? ;-) How do you do smilies on this mobile app? Edited June 2, 2013 by Scary Bear

Silvio Tattiescone
It has no sail so surely it doesn't "sail" anywhere. I reckon you chugged all the way from Grangemouth to Edinburgh. Cool though - what's the mooring fees like?

Cool though - what's the mooring fees like? I once chugged all the way from Saturday to Monday in my teen years when my parents went on holiday. Great days.

Cool though - what's the mooring fees like? Not the first time someones chugged all the way to Edinburgh fro Grangemouth I dare say! Mooring fees vary depending upon location & as they went to auction....mine is over £3k/year.....so a quite expensive Sent from my GT-N7000 using Pie & Bovril mobile app

sjc
Any problems with damp? No mate....boat is dry as a bone. Has hot & cold running water as well as radiators that can run off either the electrics or the multi fuel burning stove. Its pretty cosy tbh Sent from my GT-N7000 using Pie & Bovril mobile app

I thought he was cool in the film Maverick too. He pumped Jodie Foster in that one. No static caravans in that film but there were wigwams. Cheers for the tip on smilies.
