Zetterlund
Two appliances from the Kingsway are using jets to attempt to extinguish the inferno in·fer·no (ĭn-fûr′nō) n. pl. in·fer·nos 1. A place or condition suggestive of hell, especially with respect to human suffering or death I suspect the journalist is craving a bit of excitement in his life.

Cardinal Richelieu
I don't want to sound like someone who nit-picks on typos, but you'd think they'd at least get the headline / URL right. I'm Brian
Councillors gone wild in Troon, from the Ayr Advertiser. To be fair the female population of Barassie is like a real life version of Mumsnet. The councillor was probably very accurate in his comments, although I suspect Mein Fuhrer was a liberal compared to some of those bints.
The Master
Road closed after sign left dangling from Broughty Ferry railway bridge A sign warning drivers of a low bridge has been left dangling in the road after being hit by a high vehicle. The incident has left the sign indicating the bridge is 9ft high hanging from an electrical wire in the middle of St Vincent Street, in Broughty Ferry. Police have closed the road for a number of hours although traffic has not been badly affected. One eyewitness said: The headroom sign above the bridge is swinging about. It is hanging suspended a couple of foot off the ground. It would have been very nasty if it had fallen on someones car. Police have closed off St Vincent Street between the Monifieth Road and Brook Street. Pedestrians can still go through as there is a railing on the walk way but the traffic cant go through. http://www.thecourier.co.uk/news/local/dundee/road-closed-after-sign-left-dangling-from-broughty-ferry-railway-bridge-1.393172

eindhovendee
"Late" Jim now an internet sensation. The Tayside man medically diagnosed with chronic lateness has seen a Spanish advert he starred in become an internet sensation. Jim Dunbar, 57, from Carnoustie, jetted off to Barcelona to film the commercial, which now has nearly 30,000 views online. With the two-minute video being shown in South America as well as Barcelona, Jim hopes it can raise awareness of his condition from Carnoustie to Catalonia to Colombia. The clip shows him showing up late for the cinema, as well as for a funeral and missing a ferry. http://www.eveningtelegraph.co.uk/news/local/chronic-lateness-man-s-ad-an-internet-sensation-1.402801 Lazy b*****d didn't miss his flight to Barcelona.
