JamieT1314
6/10 few guesses in there.
Frankie S
9/10. Constellation was a guess. Didn't know antique shop owner.
WhiteRoseKillie
Eight. Wrong on the constellation and sun bear. Hell of a variation in difficulty, mind - did any body get Nicklaus wrong?
WhiteRoseKillie
5/10 today, mostly guesses at that. If Kerrouac is anything like Burroughs(Author of the answer that helped yesterday) then I'll give it a miss. Read a few of Burroughs works in an attempt at getting through some of the Beat Generation. Found a lot of it almost unreadable. One thing they have in common is an obvious delight in themselves and their own cleverness - not the most attractive trait in an author writing for others.

KnightswoodBear
7/10, quite happy with that as the ones I got, I knew. All my guess sailed wide though.

Frankie S
7/10. Didn't know the Borrowers, faun, or the ingredients of a Big Mac.
Jacksgranda
3/10 - managed to get the Bible one and the Fosbury flop wrong and also the Big Mac oe
LongTimeLurker
Was taught how to do the new and radical Fosbury flop as opposed to the much more alarming (if you mistime it) scissors jump in primary school so that helped to narrow things down a wee bit
WhiteRoseKillie
Wild stabs in the dark on the borrowers and the Bible got me..... Ten! Get in there! (Yeah, I know, morally an eight, but I'm having it) No doubt back to earth tomorrow with the reader-compiled quiz.

Monkey Tennis
7/10. Didn't know the Borrowers, faun, or the ingredients of a Big Mac. Exactly the same here, weirdly enough. First time I've played this in ages. I'll definitely take that score. Usually, I need to play for about three days to reach a total of seven.
