Silvio Tattiescone
A friend's son went on holiday with mates to Ibiza, where they got him a tattoo when he was plastered. Written across his shoulder blades was "Remember my name, you'll be screaming it later". He's straight btw.
Hampden Diehard
She's the business. That cheeky smile...... Julia Bradbury swilling Ouzo and Raki and flirting with Greek men on STV on Friday evenings is alright.
Savage Henry
Way late on this, but The kid who plays John in the new Gammon-triggering Wurzel Gummidge is a looky-likey for Brittany Howard from Alabama Shakes. Edit: it’s an absolute delight. Oddly enough, it has a distinct Detectorists feel, but that’s because Mackenzie Crook directed both.
UsedToGoToCentralPark
First episode of Picard is wonderful if you are a TNG fanboy, as I am. Second episode was even better. Pity it's one episode a week.
Boghead ranter
Channel 4, tomorrow night (Thursday) - Barrymore : The Body In The Pool. 2 hour forensic documentary on the unexplained death of Stuart Lubbock, the subsequent investigation, and the fact that no-one has ever even been arrested, far less charged or convicted. Heard the documentary producer interviewed at length on the radio today, and he made it sound really interesting.

I have a feeling that this, or a documentary very much like it, was on the TV about 5 years ago. I think these producers were banking on Barrymore staying on Dancing on Ice.

Must be really damaging towards Barrymore as his lawyers released a statement this afternoon denying any wrong doing on his behalf.

Looks like a niece of mine was at the party that night. Edited February 6, 2020 by supermik

MSU
Also, Barrymore definitely knows something, and in all likelihood was involved.
Boghead ranter
Quote He didn't have those anal injuries when he left my house in the ambulance, they must have been inflicted afterwards. A - I doubt the paramedics are either nonces or necrophiliacs. B - how the f**k could Barrymore assert that , he fled the scene as soon as he saw a dead body in his pool, left his 'guests' to deal with everything.

Mark Connolly
I managed to catch this yesterday morning. It made me feel sorry for the BBC complaints department. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000f4s0/newswatch-07022020

Savage Henry
The BBC’s fashion correspondent (or someone like that) is banging on and on about how brave and virtuous it was for Joaquin Phoenix to wear the same suit twice, and how great it was for some nomark costume design to get everyone to sign her suit to raise money for Derek Jarman’s cottage in Dungeness. Insufferable.
JustOneCornetto
The guy on The Chase last night was a total dickhead. The first 3 players were knocked out then he decides to take the low offer of £241. Thankfully he made an arse of his Final Chase and scored 8 which Anne caught in about 40 seconds. Seemingly he is a regular member of the audience on the Jeremy Vine show.
scottsdad
Gold Rush White Water. Always loved Gold Rush and really enjoy this too - but.... Fred celebrating their haul of gold "Worth...seventeen thousand dollars". For 4 months work by 4 people and going through fuel, spare parts and so on. Discovery must be subsidising them something rotten to keep them doing this.

Be as well going for the higher offer in that situation, no lose gamble when you pick your best player from the four of you to do the final chase if all four players get caught, and you'd get a grand each, total dickhead. Oh also cracked a joke that he wanted a minus offer from Anne, so he would owe her money if he won, hilarious stuff.
