Aye, I thought Polvara was superb last night - he has put in several excellent performances in Europe. He is certainly a physical specimen primed to compete at a high level. He has had his doubters, including myself, so it is brilliant to see him dig in and raise the standards like he did last night. Like most of the squad this season, he is still inconsistent though and needs to improve with the ball. Derek used to approach it a similar way but had the sense not to gush over them like JC.
