Guest
Some of the comments on the Council website planning application Quote Do not approve this proposal. It would be like cancer to Westhill as it would majorly kill / destroy the image of the town. The scale is not appropriate in this location. If built it would be like the football gateway to Westhill and would ultimately define the town. The majority of residents do not wish this bad neighbour to massively impact on the quiet safe clean family orientated lifestyle that currently exists. Countless negative social and environmental issues would be created which would see generations of well established families moving out of the area completely breaking up the community. Dont turn beautiful rural Westhill into a dirty, congested, polluted, sea of cars hostile urban environment. Thats not what Westhill is about and the people who live here recognise that if this application being approved will spell the end of a loved family environment. Fucking hell
williemillersmoustache
Just now, Hedgecutter said: “Were the stadium to be approved, it would fundamentally change the nature and perception of Westhill" Judging by those pictures, a rather bland, samey and soulless ground with little redeeming character would be rather fitting for his area then. I think it looks both sexy and magnificent. "change the nature and perception of Westhill" I think a quick straw poll of peoples perception of Westhill is in order. I'll start: "good place for a stadium" said "the popular" Williemillersmoustache, before adding "it looks both sexy and magnificent."
Carl Cort's Hamstring
Their description sounds like downtown Lagos. I used to live about 400 yards from pittodrie, and that's not the impression I remember. RussellAnderson
Some people just hate football. It seems insane that people put that much effort into disliking something which will, in all likelyhood, not affect them at all.

Hedgecutter
There happy to have all the oil companies out there and Costco the eyesore Not to forget the giant Tesco that has a constant stream of traffic coming in and out constantly all week round, not just a few hours every fortnight outwith the summer holidays.

coprolite
None of these signing suggestions stand a chance of matching the levels of hilarity reached on the previous page by the phrase "beautiful, rural Westhill."
Dons_1988
Mcinnes confirms Cardiff came in with a 2nd offer 'structured differently' and they were told to poke it. Sounds like it wasn't even increased beyond £500k. Warnock can seriously gtf.
