If you look at the history: http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/celtic/next-permanent-manager/bet-history/steve-clarke/today it seems that 32Red (whoever they are) are leading the market, when they drop the odds the other bookies follow soon after, sometimes they raise them again for lolz.
