That's a massive gamble to take if (when) it fails. Their own fees and the SPFL fees. If it had even a 40% chance of being successful I'd see the point but it's surely way less than that. If it was Hibs I'd probably want a court date but we have more cash than them so a loss wouldn't be as catastrophic to cover.
