54_and_counting
"Swathes of Celtic fans leaving the ground, resigned to the fact their team has not been good enough over the two legs. It's a rude awakening, having enjoyed some really great European nights over the past two seasons." Greatest fans in the world, though. they have a good reason, its bad enough coming across the water for a game at parkhead, but to travel to edinburgh is a really long way for them

vikingTON
Is this the best two-leg humiliation in Scottish football history? I'm really not seeing a comparison, even including Hibs. What a fantastic set of events.

Ya Bezzer!
Anyone who has seen Celtic recently must realise that they are pish. Better than anyone else in Scotland but pish none the less. How many Celtic players could step up to a Champions League level team in any other country? Scott Brown and that's about it. You might say Van Dijk but it's impossible to say how good he really is playing in the SPFL. Fraser Forster is a decent goalkeeper but not a top class one and for all his goals Kris Common's isn't really any better than guys like Michael Higdon, Billy Mackay, Niall McGinn and others that have banged in 20+ goals a season at SPFL level. The rest of the 30 odd players Celtic have in their squad are over paid chancers for the most part.
