Slovenia look quite content with how things are. England's tactics seem to be the usual 'get it forward as quickly as possible' then they have zero idea what to do next. You will never see them being patient in possession in midfield, probing away and moving the defence around, it's always rushed as if there's some kind of basketball-style shot clock counting down. They'll bring on a raft of athletes about twenty minutes in and just hope they can run past people and get a bit of luck in the box.
