I mean, he could've just said he thought the team deserved to get promoted and to stay in this league, he didn't need to compare them to our top six team. Just sayin'.
Bigmouth Strikes Again
Two good central defenders, and another keeper, then good to go. IMO.
Ludo*1
Back line needs urgently addressed. Happy with 10th this coming season, obviously hope for more, but let's take this slow, build properly and take it step by step and ensure we aren't a yo-yo club anymore. As Biggie says, 2 CH's, back-up keeper and we will be at least competitive. Certainly not as pish as Hamilton or Killie were last season.
Dee Bliss
Centrehalf and centre forward are a priority for me.
Ludo*1
James McPake saying one of the weirdest things in management is going from his relationship with Cammy Kerr, 'a guy I once near set on fire' to 'shouting at him'. More importantly he says that he views Cammy Kerr more as a LB now.

I can kind of relate to that as I went from being a worker to a management role and having to manage my workmates and it is a bit weird. I didn't set fire to any of them though.
Girth
Who are these big game players Jazza is eyeing up? My spidey senses are telling me Efe Ambrose might be one.

Crawford
My fear with McPake was him wanting to be "one of the lads" rather than a manager. Be best pals with McGowan, Cammy and the like and well, we know how that went.....

The Derry
I'm very interested in the circumstance involving almost setting young Cameron on fire.

Simon Ferry was more interested in exploring the story of how Walter Smith told Ian McCall to nutmeg Gordon Strachan in a testimonial. He done it twice. Banter.

Dee Bliss
Aye it was Stainrod’s. Duff would’ve ripped his head off if it was his. Good interview with McPake on PLZ. He comes across a lot better than in his pre match interviews etc.
Fifespud
‘He’s white, he’s blue, he shat in Simon’s shoe, he’s Ian McCall, he’s Ian McCall’. Was the chant back in the day.
Fifespud
Centrehalf and centre forward are a priority for me. Agreed. And a left sided midfielder/wide player and obs a keeper.
