Seems like she just can't stop gloating over how special she is. Electoral Commission investigating her remarks after the polls closed that the BT people had measured success from postal votes, even as far as giving demographics. Ra polis have been called in. She'll have a grand time on Cornton :P

All parties to an election have counting agents present when postal votes are opened and they are allowed to sample. The yes side will have done exactly the same as the no side. It's a non-story.

Erm no! The ballot papers are checked for date of birth and signature. Mary Pitcaithly explains that the document must be laid face down so no-one can see the x. To do that is illegal.

And she said what she said AFTER the polling ended as the OP helpfully points out.

Some Labour bint got a police caution in 2010 for saying something along the lines of Davidson BEFORE the polls closed.

The timing of her comment is irrelative. What she said, if true, contradicts the law.

No. Its very relevant.

Everything is done under scrutiny by all interested parties. Its quite possible to see whats going on at all times. Announcing it prior to voting closing would be a big issue.

This isn't. At all.
