Electoral Commission investigating her remarks after the polls closed that the BT people had measured success from postal votes, even as far as giving demographics. Ra polis have been called in. Everything is done under scrutiny by all interested parties. Its quite possible to see whats going on at all times. Announcing it prior to voting closing would be a big issue. This isn't. At all.
