Some United fans have stupid expectations sometimes and a massively over inflated sense of what a Dundee United team should be all about.

Met an Arab in the pub pre match who was confident of a win because we'd have no-one up front. I told him Maclean was back and starting. His response? "ooooh no, I'm so scared." United fans would rather have sand dancers with shite haircuts (GMS, Armstrong) than guys like Millar and Maclean who may not be as flashy, but are generally very, very effective.

Same goes for the zoomers on United Mad, who give some of our WAP lot a run for their money. Criticising our defence as "pub league standard" when they've got Dillon back there is hilarious.

Delighted with that win yesterday - just didn't see us scoring until we got the equaliser. Lead at half time flattered United, but equally we'd had very little clear cut. United's defending went out the window from the first Saints goal til the end.

Oi! Don't you be criticising Lord Sean, he has been superb for us this season.

Also, I would love to have the consistency of the Saints defence for United's. Seeing as though you have conceded less than us this season it is amazing how fans just have an image in their head about how good a football team are based on their own idiocies rather than any actual football. Some of the United fans referring to Saints as a 'pub team' or 'no mark shites' clearly haven't been watching much football over the past few seasons.

It's amazing how quickly some United fans forget the years between 1998 and 2008, when the fare on show at Tannadice was horrific. United play decent stuff at times, although defending continues to be an achilles heel. Obviously another big problem is we have one fit striker in the squad, giving us fewer options to change things going forward.

Do you actually know what the story behind being a Category B team is ? It's got f**k all to do with actually being shite and everything to do with police gradings .

What, even the police think you're shite?

Quality inbred fighting by the coagies. Living on old memories and glories. United play good football more akin to a Euro league not the hustle and bustle of the Spfl.

Not even got the best Academy in Tayside anymore let alone best team in Tayside.
