Newbornbairn
Would you be happy if your club signed Ched Evans? Has the man served his time or are footballers meant to be role models?
Insert Amusing Pseudonym
If Vlad was still here he'd be starting on Saturday.
Jan Vojáček
Would like him to join, couldn't be bothered with the PC brigade, bandwagon jumpers and protests that would follow.
Marshmallo
No because he's shown no remorse and has done nothing to stop his victim being hounded. The debate has been done to death all over the forum but I'd have a tough time going back if Falkirk signed him.
Wilky1878
Couldn't really care less tbh, id probably give him loads of stick if he signed with another club in this division but wouldn't mind him at alloa. Possibly quite hypocritical on my side
onecowden
No because he is a convicted rapist. It shouldn't stop him getting a job, however not in the public eye. Sex offenders normally don't.

Sevennil
He'd be okay at Alloa, pretty sure he would form a good relationship with Tiff. Not sure about on the park though.

Muzza81
Yes I would. He would be getting part time wages so hardly living the play boy life style and he would dramatically improve us on the pitch. Donald Findlay is our chairman so morals aren't high on my agenda. Sex offenders normally don't.Is playing for us really in the public eye? We have about 300 home fans and are a part time club. While I agree he shouldn't get a big club as he shouldn't earn thousands of pounds in a spectator sport after all he has done but for £300 a week I would say that's a normal job. I honestly don't know whether it's frivolous or not, but he has an ongoing appeal against his conviction.

This season though we are relying on away fans for the biggest percentage of our income. The inevitable boycott would be catastrophic imho. Gaz FFC
Couldn't a team make a few bob promoting the fact women can get in for a fiver and sell fruit to throw at him? Boost crowds and takings.
Muzza81
This season is a one off really. Let's assume we sign him after we have played Rangers at home for the second time would it really hurt us that much? Hearts will travel well regardless and I don't think there would be much of a boycott. The fans we would lose would be compensated by how good he is and the fact he would keep us up. Monkey Tennis
Aye that was quite the statement in that post above mine. The PC Gone Mad brigade is far more dangerous than the PC Brigade in my view. I always find it quite disturbing how many P&B types are fully fledged members of the first one.
