invergowrie arab
What a pathetic tail that has f**k you , it grows a lot when inflamed and it is fairly thick. most people completely overestimate what the average size of a tail is anyway. also its what you do with it that matters and my gf says........ wait what are we talking about again?

Hedgecutter
At least Lynx will smell nice. When has Lynx ever smelt nice?
Chupacabra
Early newspaper poll indicates 80% are for the reintroduction of Lynx. Promising early signs. Beautiful creatures. I'm all for the reintroduction of the lynx, beaver and wolf. I'm 50/50 on the wild boar and as cute as bears are, I'd rather not have them roaming around.
Al666
I'd have all of them back, it would give a lot more variety when I go shooting.
Hedgecutter
I really don't buy into the pick and mix idea of "let's have that one because they're pretty but not that one because it would make a pee in the bushes a bit scarier". There's got to be a wider ecological plan surely?

LongTimeLurker
Was reading a few days back that the lynx could be reintroduced soon near Huntly: https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/news/aberdeenshire/514682/lynx/ I seriously doubt there is enough genuinely wild country in Scotland for this to be viable if livestock kills are a concern. The Highlands are very much a managed landscape and a large cat that can kill deer are going to go after sheep as well.

Going to be pretty damaging to the wild haggis population too I would have thought.
Zetterlund
After driving to Oban in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and back home late last night, I'm all for introducing anything that will keep deer numbers down and stop them appearing ninja-like in the middle of the road. Lions and tigers also welcome.

ICTChris
Reminded of the story of Pablo Escobar's hippos, which are currently carving out a wee hippo colony in Colombia. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-27905743 The caption in that article "Carlos Valderrama may be the only vet to have castrated a hippo in the wild" is possibly the greatest sentence in journalistic history. What a picture it paints - fuzzy-haired former Montpellier playmaker Valderamma uses his stealth and cunning to get in close, before wrestling the beast into submission and then slicing off it's balls with a emerald handled dagger. Anyway, we should follow the lead of Colombia and start introducing foreign animals that are cool. I vote for vultures, tigers and komodo dragons. Maybe a few troups of baboons.

Ya Bezzer!
don't be daft, Everybody knows a haggis can outrun a wolf. Exactly. Everyone knows the haggis has legs shorter on one side and longer on the other so it can run on mountain slopes. Wolves don't stand a chance, at least for millions of years until they evolve the specialist abilities of the haggis.
CityDave
Only anti-clockwise. True, so when it runs away from you all you have to do is wait for it to come back around again, so be ready with your claymore. And if you swipe and miss it wait a few minutes and it will come back again. Daft beast will probably think there are more than one of you.
