I've only ever walked out of two films:

Epic Movie

St Trinian's

Both were my wife's choices.

I've never been able to get to the end of Highlander. I don't like it.

Gone girl? Really? Thought it was amazing just watched it there.

Went to see Cabin in the Woods with my gf at the time as it was around Halloween. It was fucking awful. We actually started laughing. Did the same with avengers assemble. Only 2 things I've walked out or turned off early.

This actually came up in conversation a couple of weeks ago in the house when said movie was in TV.

The Wind and The Lion. Went to see it in Perth when I was young but somebody let a stink bomb off in the cinema that emptied the place.

I was asked where the cinema was back then, but I have no idea. The only things I remember about that day was the smell and Sean Connery's beard.

Iron Man 3? How can you walk out on Tony Stark? :o

Battlefield Earth and Catwoman are two of the worst films I have ever watched but luckily I got them on DVD (or Video come to think of it).

Never walked out of a film as i carefully pick the ones I want to see in the pictures and also I Dont feel the need to make a statement to the rest of the audience showing my displeasure because Im not a twat.

No but you're a twat that will sit through a movie for an hour or so even though you have no interest in it or think it's terrible?

Done this to a bunch of stuff due to utilising cineworld pass to watch any old guff. If it's not doing it for me f**k it, i could be having a pint or something instead, life's too short. Can't think of all off the top of my head but the first LotR film was one of them, never bothered with the rest after that!

Eta - Oh and Batman Begins too but revisited that so I could watch the sequels.

I too thought Gone Girl was fantastic. Only film I can remember leaving the cinema for was The Pursuit Of Happiness. Turned off dozens of DVDs right enough.

Walked out of - Shanghai Knights, Batman Forever, Barbershop.....I would have walked out of Rush Hour 2, but I was fucking steaming so just just fell asleep instead.

Never got to the end of - Paul, Black Swan, Dreamcatcher, Transformers 2, Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Jack and Jill, Taken 2, Deuce Bigalo: European Gigolo

I was told to watch it as it was so bad it had to be seen to be believed.

You ever had the feeling where you're watching something terrible and you're cringing so much - even though you're watching it alone - because of pure and utter shame at the thought that someone might walk in and see you watching it? That's Jack and Jill.

And yes, you can also apply this analogy to porn. Thanks for pointing that out.
