We now don't have them, have new players who are not match sharp, and youngsters who are still developing. Getting histerical about McNamara after 4 straight games vs Celtic is not going to help either. We need to start playing a system that allows for a good assessment of what we have, so we can strength appropriately during summer. My concerns about McNamara predate our last four games against Celtic. In February we played four league games, three at home, and picked up one point. I don't expect us to win every game but I equally think that this type of form is unacceptable. McNamara is incapable of motivating a reasonably good group of players, if we stick with him we will have an even more disappointing season in 2015-16.
