dorlomin
Job done. No one would have thought 6-1 a failure before kick off. Strachan experimented with a very attacking formation to begin with. How many people have been crying for that for years. The goals came but he obviously was not happy with the way we were at the back. Subbed to change the shape, less goal scoring but less risk. It was not pretty, but games against these teams rarely are.
BFTD
Yay! Result never in doubt, which is as much as you can ask for from Scotland in a game against bottom seeds. Fingers crossed that Fletcher can get a bit of goalscoring form going now he's finally hit the net.
dorlomin
Browns job is to cover ground and put in the tackles. He is not there to be a flair player, who would fit that position better?

Savage Henry
The half hour of lethargy in the second half is pretty inexcusable, but all things considered 6-1 is reasonable. Can't help but feel there were a few more goals for the taking though.

The Grass Is Greener.
Browns job is to cover ground and put in the tackles. He is not there to be a flair player, who would fit that position better? Nobody is asking him to be a flair player, he should have been upping the tempo and playing more forward passes though. It's something he is capable of, especially against Gibraltar. Hedgecutter
Job done. Well done Fletcher. Still not convinced he is the answer when more competitive games come around. Time will tell if that helps his confidence. The first hat-trick from a Scotland player in 46 years.
Gordopolis
Good result in the end, shame they scored. Well done steven fletcher, I really didn't see a hat trick coming He looked good as usual with Naismith and I liked the link up between him and Rhodes too. Guys like Griffiths and McCormack are now even further away from a sniff of a place in the squad.
