council by elections

Recommended Posts

Johnny McNally is/was councillor in Denny. More singing and dancing to come.

I'm told the SNP vote in Falkirk this week was the biggest single vote the SNP have ever had in any seat at any time. Outstanding result.

The more important issue is that my old grandpa is going to have to find a new barber

Just a wee bit off topic but when I voted last Thursday I also had a vote for a local Councillor.

I have never seen anything on the BBC website regarding council elections in Scotland but there is loads on English council elections.

Rather meaningless TBH. If two existing constituencies were merged then I am sure that this would result in a larger number of votes.

In percentage terms, Falkirk are behind other areas.
