jacobsladder
Now we wait the reply from Blair Brown and Mandelson - their views represented by Kendall have been consigned to the bin Now we wait to see all the MP's who said they would never work with Corbyn to start licking his arse saying I always knew you would win Now the wheeling and dealing will start in Westminster to get rid of Corbyn asap and if that happens every Corbyn voter will know that Labour treats them like shit

jacobsladder
Apparently Corbyn got the most votes in every voting category so if he got the most votes amoung MPs that will be very surprising- I wonder who Kez and Murray voted for

kevthedee
Corbyn will be full of spinand empty words. Granted, scotland voted no to full independence last year but what cant be denied is that its moving towards it..... and certainly what cant be denied is that the majority of Scottish people want a much greater devolution settlement. Corbyn says he supports neither. He is no friend of Scotland. Time will tell if he is a friend to scotland or not but his views on trident will be wellcomed by many in scotland as a positive step

WhiteRoseKillie
Delighted. For the first time I can remember, a Socialist in charge of a major party in Britain. Good luck, Comrade Corbyn. Indeed.I'm over the fucking moon. If some in the Labor Party think that left wing policies make "unelectable", they should maybe f**k off to the Tories where they belong. Let the people decide - as they did by a seat count of 56-3 when offered a real choice in May. Socialism has a long road to come back from the horror of the New Labour days, but today gives me some hope. This is just the start, though, so let's not just sit and wait for things to get better. Get out there - marches, rallies, by-elections, local elections - and send the message to the cůnt in Downing St and his chums that they are not our betters, not our superiors, and we don't believe their bollox about recovery, and won't until it actually affects us all. Well done, Jeremy Corbyn, and well done to Labour for voting according to principle and not public opinion. There's a thing I haven't said for thirty years..
