Killie vs County - Survival Party

A hypothetical line up of the condemned for Saturday:

Brown (Reguero)

Saunders - Meite (Burgess) - Frempah - Carey

Palazuelos - Dunfield

Kiss - Brittain - Cardle

Sernas (Jervis)

Could probably do the same for us, although as we speak it remains the rumoured condemned...

Samson

Barbour Pascali Westlake Chantler

Clingan Smith

Eccleston Eremenko Ngoo

Miller

In fact, I'd be very surprised if more than two of them are still at Killie next season.

The only ones out of that list I'd even remotely think of keeping are Clingan, Chantler and Westlake. Even then, Chantler is very prone to niggly injuries so is it really worth the risk? And Westlake only as backup. Clingan too has never performed consistently to the level he can.

No they won't.

Eccleston will be one of the first guys out the door.

And I hope to Christ we don't keep Barbour.

He's awful.

I hope we get to see Brittain captain County from the start on Saturday and we give him all dead ball situations and give him a shoot on sight policy. I call this the Gerrard role. Are Sky Sports going to show endless homages to our fallen captain as well?

Can someone please post poor Richie's tears at the end of the Cup Final on to this thread, as they will surely mirror ours on Saturday. :bairn

That may be the glummest 'like' I've ever given :(

Whatever happened to Ngoo? Never hear of him in recent months.

Keep an eye on your favourite red-top in the coming weeks. You'll hear all about him.

I haven't bought the County Away top but will scrutinise them on Saturday's match highlights.

I now vaguely recall some unprofessional, off-the-field and in-pubs/clubs, behaviours.

So its a persistently poor attitude what derailed his Killie playing career?

Not entirely, he's had two lengthy injuries that have kept him out all season. I'm sure we won't keep him, and equally so we won't miss him - but I think it's probably a bit revisionist to suggest that two news stories are indicative of his entire character.

Sad day tomorrow with pasca and losa saying there goodbyes after the game.

Definitely going to be emotional with Pasca.

Great servant and a big character.

As much as folk love him I'm not heartbroken about Eremenko leaving.

Know what you mean. Eremenko is a football genius but only ever signed sort term contracts with us to put himself in the shop window. I get the impression the love is mostly one way.
