The Second Andy Goram
Your most reliable source is going to be through the football clubs themselves. But as a football fan its all about the anticipation on who's going to be were when the music stops Aye, but they usually point blank lie.

The last couple of days all the journalists and papers have had him on the verge of signing after a £500k deal was accepted, its only this afternoon everyones changed their tune. Monkey Tennis
Then stuff him. Rangers don't need to be held to ransom by firstly a nobody club and a nobody player. He's no better than what's already there anyway. Good Lord!

thepundit
I don't think Rangers could afford him. Could potentially be moving to Celtic. Would be a quality signing for them.
Thereisalight..
Snodgrass is a Celtic man and stated many times he wants to play for them before he retires. He won't be going to Rangers, obviously

And it's not like those who operate from ibrox have ever spent money they can't afford... How much have they just borrowed to pay a £5m debt, again? forever_blue
I see Robert Snodgrass has bought Kenny Miller's £875,000 house near Glasgow. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/rangers-striker-kenny-miller-sells-7203728#1jboh3zmOz6tuLtm.97 Let the rumours begin. Snodgrass is a big celtic man , no chance he would sign for us
BobWilliamson
Daft comment when, if all goes to plan, Rangers will spend around £1m this week. A million? Can we afford that? I liked the looks of O'Halloran when he played against Rangers but our defence was dreadful that night and it was made too easy for him. Is he that much better than Waghorn? Aye I know but any rumours are going to be simply regarding and relating celtic , although he has only bought a house

I doubt they could afford £1m right now as they only just recently borrowed £1.5m to cover costs until the end of the season. That would suggest the fee's for both O'Halloran and the guy from Brentford may be paid in installments.
