Nonsense. Celtic had every chance to qualify and completely blew it.

And why does that make my post nonsense?

As pointed out, they've tried and failed 3 times in 2 years to qualify, all against sides which will be cannon fodder in the Group stages. They just simply are not good enough to win against sides of that level. If Scotland's best side can't cope against sides like that it shows how poor our league is. Aberdeen, easily our second best side, can't even make the last qualifying round of the Europa League. I get that people want to have a pride about our game and stick up for it, and that's not to say that our game isn't entertaining and that we get good crowds - which we do, but in terms of overall quality your head must be in the sand if you think we aren't terrible. Look at our results, look at our co-efficient.

So, who will be getting the blame tonight and tomorrow... Ronnie and the players? the referee? the rest of us for not testing and helping them enough?

The dug and the wife of course.....and Sevco for not providing enough competition.

One thing's for sure - it wasn't their fault.

Wish the they would stop going on about the disallowed goal. Biton himself just said it doesn't matter, they didn't play well enough to go through so no excuses.

Celtic are a europa league team, let's just move on and look forward to half empty stadiums on Thursday night's.

Celtic should be worried for the away game, their defending is awful. Berget is utter mince and still managed to score 2.

Bingo. Celtic can blame poor Scottish opposition all they want, but they could and should have tied this up last week. That's on them.
