JamboMikey
Season over for the legions of Celtic glory hunters already. Even then, at least they attend 1 or 2 games a season more than any of the Celtic fans on here.
Whitnail
The most frustrating thing in this is that "Scottish football!!!" is being blamed, as opposed to Celtic. The BBC are completely at fault for publicising such nonsense as: Tony Maude: "@BBCSportScot Scotland vs Sweden; similar populations but Swedish league is a competition; SPFL is a procession. #bbcscotfootball" Similar populations, eh Maude? Definitely Aberdeens fault Celtic can't mark people at corners.

1320Lichtie
Celtic were terrible! Boyata is an absolute bombscare, absolutely nothing going forward either. Really poor performance tonight from every single player. Really sad that once again there'll be no Scottish representation in the Champions League. Really poor for the league tbh that we don't even have one team capable of playing with the better teams in Europe. Our best team by a country mile has to play in the second tier of Europe. Sort of downgrades everything. Ideally you would want one team in the champions league group stages and one in the Europa like we used to have with Rangers. Worst bit about it is I can see the same happening to the national team next week in Georgia, the Scottish games really needing a boost now so praying the national side deliver the goods next week. Greenlantern
Our midfield was non existent tonight. The fukers waltzed right through us. RD was bang on, we looked like a bunch of shitebags. On that showing, we'd get pummelled against a team with some european pedigree. Other than VVD, the back four...where to start? Mulgrew's legs have gone. Janko was trying to get forward, then realised you need to carry the ball with you. Boyatta was just aimlessly swinging a leg out each time the ball came near him. Broonie should never have been rested, neither should've Johansen, both looked as though they had just met each other. Forrest was the only outlet. Can't keep leaking goals from set pieces. Gordon made a fabulous double save that kept us in the game, apart from that he was comfortable.
Deeboy
It doesn't 'downgrade' a thing. It's the level we're at.

There's not one of our teams that can be happy with their European campaigns, St. Johnstone and Celtic particularly humiliating. At least Celtic have the chance to claw back some respect with a long EL run, they have the Premiership won anyway so can afford to field their strongest team every Thursday night without worrying about any negative impact on their league campaign. The national team should be fine in Georgia.

His save first half was nothing short of excellent, too. Never mind Rosenborg missing two absolute sitters as well.

Piss. Ideally, we want the OF horsed every time they step on such a stage to prevent the gross imbalance in our game from becoming further exacerbated.
