Diamonds are Forever Posted September 13, 2015 Share Posted September 13, 2015 I'm not saying that I want it to be a foul as goals like that should be encouraged, by within the current laws of the game how on earth is Benteke's goal not classed as dangerous play? Herrera has to pull out the challenge to avoid his head getting kicked off. If Herrera hadn't pulled out the challenge, Benteke would have booted his head and it would obviously have been a foul. Surely if Herrera has to take such evasive action that means what Benteke did was illegal? Cameron Jerome had one disallowed for a lot less dangerous play a few weeks ago, I felt his was borderline as I'm not really sure it was dangerous even though his foot was quite high. I thought the Spurs game was decent earlier as well. 2nd half of the Man United game was pretty good. Not been a bad weekend for the TV games imo.
