How exactly does it make it harder? Shouldn't it make the teams that qualify of better quality?

In which case, why are they doing worse in the coefficient rankings?

The second tier clubs, those who don't get the CL but do get the EL, actually do especially badly in Europe - implying they aren't very good relative to their European competitors.

Liverpool have 5 other competitors for the top 4 slots, say 4 others and take spurs out the equation

Dortmund really only had bayern to compete with at the height of klopp's reign in terms of champions league qualification

Thats not what im saying, aside from one season recently, the top 4 in England have been the same, its a nightmare to break into the top 4

The bundesliga has many inconsistent teams that storm the league one season then vanish next season,

As one with a pathological (possibly unreasonable (but they ruined John McMaster's career (and had Hansen (an hadd Souness ( and are such grief merchants)))) maybe not) hatred for livepule I hope they get relegated, go bust, and fail to do a sevco.

That's sevco pattern

Taking over the Paisley Pattern.

Bigger club, better league, higher salary = step up.

1 out of 3.

So who from Borussia Dortmund is going to Liverpool, then?

I suspect they'd go in for Hummell's (if they can afford him, no-one bigger comes in for him and Klopp can talk him into it) and Subotic before too long.

Naebedy? Dortmund have a much better chance of CL football this year (they are currently second in the league),

When players are given the choice they've gone for Dortmund in the past.

This is already been pointed out as dreadfully incorrect.
