Bundesliga 2023/24

Recommended Posts

interesting to see how this pans out, will the world have such a thirst for quality football that the tv companys go into overdrive? or will it turn out that watching great teams play in empty stadiums is actualy a bit shit with a spfl feel about it  ( you know , hearing the players shouting at each other) that other leagues restart plans end up getting canned?

Missing football so much I'm seriously considering forking out for a BT Sport subscription for the Bundesliga starting up again. Think I've watched about 3 games in the league in my life, but the excitement is pulling me in.

Get an IPTV sub, much cheaper gets you sky sports, BT, PPV ect.

ETA just notice every game this weekend is on Bet365 for those that don't have BT Sports.

Was there not talk of them making it free to view?

With showing all the games being shown live, they could have stuck one of the lee fashionable teams on free to view.

I can’t see many folk watching Augsburg vs Wolfsburg.

This is a few years old, but most of the teams are still there. Mainz 05 for me, hoping the boys can avoid relegation.IMG_20200515_132900.jpeg.dcf4a0a0223f2baa298b87dc85f11b34.jpeg
I seen that chart on Twitter the other day and just assumed it was an elaborate way of trolling Leipzig. [emoji38]

I've always liked Leverkusen since their run to the 2002 CL final at Hampden, so I'll be supporting them. Their pre lockdown Sevco skelping also helps.

They are showing some games free to view in Germany. I think they'll have English games free to view here if they ever come back.

That‘s the clubs who were in the BL in 2011/12.

Kaiserslautern relegated, now in the 3rd division.

Hamburg, Nürnberg, Stuttgart & H96 all currently plying their trade in BL2.

The above 5 clubs replaced by Frankfurt, Paderborn, Union Berlin, Düsseldorf & Leipzig in the current season.

I signed up tonight for Bet365 purely as they’re showing games! Do they not usually show live games on Bet365?

I stayed in Bremerhaven for a few months and went to see Werder Bremen and Hamburg home games.  Since Slavia Prague keeper Pavlenka signed for Werder Bremen, I have always watched them when they are on TV. I am giving them my full support.

When working abroad for extended periods, I watch 2-3 games and pick a team, almost without exception I will meet an Old firm fan that tells me I have chosen that nations Rangers/Celtic to support.
