They usually test the reaction to them then want a subsciption if enough people are interested. Installed Kodi myself and put on a few addons.Got it mainly for the sport and have installed Uk turk , Navi and Robocop. Not the easiest thing to navigate but slowly finding my way about. Like Mr X said , if you are a couch potato looking for something to replace your sky subscription this is not it. Its not very user friendly and streams can be unreliable . But if like me , you just want to watch the occasional football game on a Friday/Sunday night and a movie here and there - this is a brilliant thing to have. As I said , streams can be unreliable so best to have a few on the box for back up. Couldn't get robocop stream to work last night at all for the Newcastle game , but got it eventually via Turks after a few attempts. You need to have a few go to's for when one isn't working you have a backup. honestly united Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 Dont know if anyone else has experienced the same, Kodi was having a few glitches so I removed and re-installed. However I had 15.2 and the version on Google play is the new 16. I went with it, but have noticed that non of the mucky duck builds work anymore (I have run the installers but non of the menu's change although you get the add ons installed) and also when I try and watch things from a USB memory stick the dont play in Kodi. Phoned to cancel my Virgin TV/Broadband as it was costing 73 a month but they instantly reduced that to 28 so keeping that, and will get my box for everything else.
