Soapy FFC Posted Monday at 14:06 Share Posted Monday at 14:06 (edited) Gousto advert. It only shows two people making and eating dinner, has a price per meal prominently on the screen, but the small print at the bottom of the screen says price is based on meal packs for four people. Bert Raccoon Posted Monday at 17:19 Share Posted Monday at 17:19 Probably been mentioned before but these adverts for building a Classic Car week by week (£1.99 for the first issue! * £11.99 after) So much wrong with it 1.) It costs around £2k to build the thing 2.) It would take around 2 years 3.) One of the editions goes missing you'd have to buy a replacement 4.) What happens if the company goes bust around issue 143 and you've a half built motor you've spent around a grand on? My thinking is if they can afford to advertise on TV, folk must be buying them. Absolute madness

Miguel Sanchez
I'm surprised nobody's posted here about Monty flogging life insurance.

Absolute madness They run them more than once sometimes - never sure if it's because they were popular, or if they weren't and still had a warehouse full of stock to shift. The Orbis World Cup '90 collection and the English Football League follow-up were magic, though.
