Rangers v St Johnstone

We bottled it tonight. St Johnstone are a poor park the bust type of team and we couldn't break them down. Far too much passing to the side which is fine when we're not losing.

The ref was an utter disgrace.

You made a breast of yourself with that post...

Get in Saints, cracking first half performance, get O halloran signed up on a long term deal so we can make a few bob when some of the big clubs come in for him.

Warburton looked on the verge of tears in that interview, ha ha !

He signed up until 2017, imagine we'll offer him an extension between January and the Summer

It was a penalty, then there was a handball incident, i see them given all the time.

You have a short memory, didn't St. Johnstone had opportunities to have been easily 5 or 6 up by half time?. MacLean missing a sitter right in front of your goal was an example.

Completely nulls your bleating about penalties and headers that went wide.

Had both teams taken their chances you would have still lost.

Everything fell St Johnstones way tonight, from the ref to us not getting a penalty, hitting the crossbar and when Waghorn missed that header.

Never a pen and I doubt Steven MacLean would agree that everything fell Saints way - they should have been out of sight by half time.

Now the disappointment has faded a little, we'll learn from it. We have a very young squad and only two players tonight were with us last season, our winning run was going to end eventually.

What disappointed me was that our front three weren't interchanging like they usually do, Waghorn played on the right all game. Miller shouldn't be starting games either, he makes an impact when he comes on from the bench.

We need a holding midfield player ( Eustace ) Halliday isn't one and would be so much better playing further forward.

Wilson and Kiernan are too similar players, we need a CB there with pace for when teams counter attack us as we'll get caught out all the time.
