Done it in straight sets, easy in the end. He’ll play the favourite for the tournament in the semi, which will be either Sinner or Medvedev, who play next.

Sinner cruises through against Medvedev and the world number one is clear favourite for the title. He's the only top ten player left after all, the three opponents he could face are not as good as his quarter final opponent. The all American semi should be interesting, two of the main characters of the Netflix Breakpoint documentary going head to head should make good viewing when the next series comes out.

Draper's been brilliant and he's not dropped a single set, but he's had a fairly kind run, the only seed he's played is a clearly unfit De Minaur. Playing Sinner will be a whole new ball game and he's a huge under dog.

Draper has had a similar run as Rusedski had when he made the final in 1997, first seed he faced was Rafter in the final. (Only 16 seeds at the time). You can only beat what is in front of you though and he's looked very comfortable so far. Will need a huge performance to beat Sinner though you would think

Great tournament from Draper but he never had much chance of beating Sinner.

He's definitely got top 10 potential, maybe even top 5. I’m not sure he’ll win many or any majors though. The issue he’s going to keep running into throughout his career is that Alcaraz and Sinner are the same age as him and better than him.

At least he’ll confidenlty be able to play the ‘if it wasn’t for Sinner and Alcaraz I’d have won loads more’ card.

Straight sets from Sinner in the semis and the final, easy stuff.

Thats him and Alcaraz mopping up all four majors between them in 2024, two each.

The first time that’s happened, but certainly won’t be the last. These two will win more majors between them in the next ten years than every other player combined.
