Elixir
He's been the best player on the tour since the start of the clay court season. He'd already be number one if they hadn't done away with points for the Olympics.

TheScarf
Just watched the highlights on YouTube there as I was out with the #lads last night. One thing I noticed was was that Andy played the big points really well. In previous years he would've lost a tight match like that to someone like a Berdych or a Ferrer. The mental side of his game is now excellent and IMO has played a big part to him being one win away from the top spot. Edit - Whilst I remember, folk on here have called Murray a bottler, your boi Tomas Berdych is the Oxford Dictionary definition of the word. The master of winning nothing. (I know he's won titles, but you know what I mean). Edited November 5, 2016 by TheScarf
John Lambies Doos
If Andy Murray wins today he will be World Number 1. Let that sink in; a young lad from Dunblane being the best at a world global sport. Not only is he a multiple slam victor, a 2 times Wimbledon and Olympic Champ; he would be numero uno. Some boi!!!!Cmon Andy let's do this!!

Nightmare
Always liked Raonic... But seriously, amazing achievement regardless of what's happened today. And with Isner in the final tomorrow it's a chance to seal a first Paris Masters as well.
