We'll always have Phillips's disastrous leadership run. She's literally the most Brentian politician in Britain.

In fairness, she just thought she could be leader of the Party. Let's not forget Jo "next PM" Swindon.

Seems like you have forgotten her tbf.

Mhari Black has more principles in her pinky than a 100 Jess Phillips.

An utterly vile politician.

There's Tories I'd vote for before her.

I was meaning the accents.

When you’re feeling a bit down remembering Swinson getting huckled by the electorate is guaranteed to raise a smile.

As is Sturgeon’s reaction.

Who knew that gooch size matters?

I was reading about those non stick plastic materials a few months ago and it's utterly depressing. There is no way to avoid them and it seems like the cheaper the cooking utensils the more you are likely to consume.

Covid in Scotland: Police test positive after Rangers celebrations

Dozens of police officers have been forced to self-isolate after some positive Covid cases two weeks after Rangers' title win.

I blame that c**t Stormzy.

The BBC understands at least two officers involved in the policing operation later tested positive although it is not possible to determine with certainty where they were infected.

Surely this should be in the BBC Bias (against Rangers) thread?

Poor journalism aimed at a certain demographic.

Nobody's in jail and they're about to do this to the most ferociously opposition supporting municipality in the UK, if they can do that here then what pretext would they need to install a certain colonel elsewhere?

Has Sir Kier tweeted his nodding approval yet?

The ham faced c**t is probably claiming it’s all part of his long gain to win 2 seats in Glasgow, 2 in the north of England and pointless seat in the welsh valleys.

How anyone in Labour can be satisfied right now is beyond me.

Police Scotland allowed covid to run through the call handling centre in Govan and told staff to turn off their NHS app so their mewling about covid is unfortunately inadmissible
Is that true? Jesus, that's truly indefensible. Not overly surprising from the police though.

Heard directly from an employee who caught covid there and passed it on to their family

The scenes in Bristol last night are pretty disturbing and need nipped in the bud, unfortunately those in power seem to be afraid to make the required tough decisions as is often the case with a weak populist regime.

If they fail to take action then these so called "protests" will very soon lead to all out anarchy as the current climate is the perfect storm for the violence to take hold.

I'm sorry but this stand back and watch for fear of offending some lobby / pressure group just doesn't wash when people are being injured and property destroyed.

Yes, very disturbing.

Seemed to start off okay as a peaceful protest then the usual anarchy mob got involved and escalated it.

The police in Bristol have a poor reputation as they stood back and allowed the mob to pull down statues a while back.

Once you show weakness , it just encourages the rioters.

If you threaten to outlaw peaceful protest, then people will resort to violence.

If you police peaceful protest by sending in the riot shields and batons, then people will resort to violence.
