Rural location was chosen because it's reasonably handy for the daytime stuff, which is the main point of the weekend. The night out for the stag is next weekend in Glasgow. It's in Kirkmichael, which I didn't really think would be relevant, given that it's a tiny village near Pitlochry. Doubt there's much to do at night other than one or two wee local pubs. It wasn't burns season but that didn't matter. The immortal memory was funny memories about me (rather than Burns obvs) - it was hilarious. Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are reachable by taxi but will just mean more pubs rather than anywhere genuinely decent to go. Pitlochry would be better though. You wil have the strathardle inn and kirkmichael hotel. That is practically a pub crawl. Kirkmichael hotel will be used to groups of lads as it is on the cateran trail.
