I've given up trying to get them to fix it after a 3rd attempt so good luck to the club contacting me for permission. Good luck to the Trust too since they are relying on the club's records in order to find out who their beneficiaries are. Yeah, I was not on the original PTFC List despite having a season ticket for 5 years before and since.
