Fuctifano
The dressing room #banter must be off the charts if that's what's on social media.
Dr Koop
Nice wee piece on Mr Lawless on the Beeb's website. I like the sentiment but sometimes omerta is best. Don't ever tell anyone outside the family what you're thinking again.

South Lanarkshire Jag
Jake Carroll has, unsurprisingly, been released from Huddersfield Town.

Reid
Jake Carroll has, unsurprisingly, been released from Huddersfield Town. Great player. Wish we'd kept him longer.
Nightmare
My favourite moment was that one time when he crossed the ball and it didn't go out for a goal kick.
Fuctifano
More assists than James Craigen this season. But nah, he was honking. Back to the League of Ireland with him, I think.
Fuctifano
Back page of the Sun tomorrow has Lawless being charged for betting on matches. I'm aware loads of players do it, he's obviously been daft enough to get caught.
Hammer Jag
As much as I'm a fan of him, he's never struck me as being the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Pie Of The Month
As long as he's not been a complete idiot and bet against his own team I couldn't really care less if he bets. I find it quite daft players can't be trusted to bet on games not involving the league they play in. Hopefully the hearing is this season and they get the punishment out of the way so he's fine for next season if he signs a new deal.
P45
If the bets weren't against us then who gies a f**k.
Red 'N Yellow
Meanwhile the SPFL are trying to get Betfred to sponsor them. As long is it wasn't on any of our matches I really don't care
forameus
While I don't really care personally what players do with their money with regards to betting, it's been made so clear to them that it isn't allowed, it's just so stupid to get caught for it. But then like Hammer Jag says, he's not the smartest.
Fuctifano
The rule that you can't bet on any games is a bit daft- can't imagine an East Fife player walking into the dressing room and saying "lads, just off the phone to Bastian Schweinsteiger, Bayern are going 3 at the back against Barca tonight, pile on the home team". The English rule where you're only banned from betting on competitions you’re involved in seems more sensible. But Every c**t knows the rules now and obviously he's been daft enough to get caught. Not exactly the worst time for him to get a ban, but if we hadn’t been safe I think I’d be raging at him.
Dr Koop
Brains in his feet. My late father used to do the pools. When I was wee I picked eight numbers for him and he used them for nearly 30 years. Anytime a coupon came in and a Jags match was on one of his numbers he knew his coupon was bust. Never bet for or against Thistle in anything at any time, was his advice.
Bishop Briggs
Club statement on website. “We are aware of the SFA’s intention to issue a notice of complaint to Steven Lawless with regards to betting on football matches. As a club we are in the process of conducting our own internal investigation and, until that and any SFA procedure is concluded, we will be making no further comment.” Simonsen got a two game ban which sets a precedent.
Smurph
Depends if he bet on us or not. Michael Moffat got a 6 game ban, later reduced to 4. Simonson's ban was immediate, so hopefully it gets resolved soon.
