If Albion Rovers are reasonably prepared in terms of their squad then they'll have an excellent chance of beating us on Saturday. It looks like we'll be playing a couple of youth players/absolute ringers because Duffy can't cope with the task of putting together a credible squad before the opening weeks of the campaign.

They expect you to pay to park at the ground. There's a business park nearby - that's where I park to avoid that iniquitous tax.

Broadwood farm then walk round to ground 5 mins away

Cheers guys. Any idea what the business Park is called?

Is there a big car park at the Broadwood farm?

The business park is right off the roundabout as you head to the away car park.  It's not huge by any means but if you're early enough you'd get to park there no bother.

Farm car park is decent sized but will be busy just with it being a Saturday but again I think you'd get parked fine if there early enough.

Would not be surprised if we lose tomorrow. Not sure how Rovers recruitment has gone but it wasn't exactly easy for us last time, and we've got a significantly worse squad at this point in time.

We have 15 players including Darren Young, but we're supposedly close to another few promising signings, as well as chance of some of our unofficial U20s team playing for the seniors. Some of them will likely feature today as trialists.

Leaves us potentially needing to take something from Killie to go through even if we do win both the home games, not ideal. Hopefully get some signings made before next week, we shouldn't be writing this competition off through not having the squad ready in time. You could forgive that with the Challenge Cup, not the League Cup.

Pretty sure that you can't field trialists in this competition, otherwise Duffy probably wouldn't have given a six month deal to our latest ringer.

How's the recruitment drive going mate? Many decent signings?

Duffy has to stay surely.
