That's bringing the game into disrepute, that's why he's been charged. I think he was specifically meaning Morelos rather than any other player.

Romeo
I think he was specifically meaning Morelos rather than any other player. It makes no difference really. He's saying the ref was anti ***. I'm sure they will "vigorously" defend this though.

One thing is for sure; they won't be found wanting.

Trust you to be up to date with all things Sevco, I don't really recall any fuss about it at the time and if Morelos had made a dangerous tackle like that then he'd have been sent off.

The Other Foot
It's a load of ***** when the authorities start clamping down on verbal tirades... we will never even begin to scrape the surface of this whining turd's nutf*ckery if it's quashed at the merest sighting. Let him speak, I say. Let him be covered in his own faeces.
sugna
From the SFA disciplinary notice: Quote Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 72 No ... Team Official ... shall in an interview... (i) criticise the Decision(s) and/or performance(s) of any or all match official(s) in such a way as to indicate bias or incompetence on the part of such match official... From the BBC: Quote Speaking on Rangers TV, the Ibrox manager said it "would be interesting if it was the other way around". I'm not sure what grounds there are for contesting the charge. It seems to be pretty much the exemplar of what the rule attempts to address. Perhaps the hope is that the rule won't be applied; and perhaps that's a reasonable hope. I'm not sure how well the SFA and its proxies (such as independent panels) stick to their rules. Certainly, if an Alloa manager ever came out with something like that, I would be astonished if he were to escape sanction for such a clear breach. To paraphrase SG, it will be interesting to see if that also applies to the Rangers manager.
